For now, as Ontario moves in to the next phase of the Roadmap to Reopen on February 21, 2022, based on the province wide vaccination rate and continuing improvements in key public health and health system indicators, the following changes can be implemented:
Visitors:
- OUTDOOR visits are permitted, currently up to 100 people. During outdoor visits, screening, medical masks, and eye protection are MANDATORY.
- INDOOR visits are permitted, currently up to 50 people), they must be scheduled and supervised. Screening, medical masks and eye protection are MANDATORY.
- NON-ESSENTIAL VISITS in congregate living settings will be permitted to resume, in alignment with provincial social gathering limits.
- NON_ESSENTIAL OVERNIGHT ABSENCES for residents will be permitted to resume, in alignment with provincial public health measures. Upon return the person must pass COVID -19 screening and complete a rapid antigen test.
