Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practised while sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. All lessons are guided by a trained instructor.
Wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in.
These lessons are free for people that receive base funding.
For those that do not receive base funding the cost to attend is $100 for 10 weeks. or $10/per session.
