Swimming will take place at the Owen Sound YMCA. Participate in the Aqua Gentle in the Leisure Pool, Aqua Shallow or Aqua Run in the Lane Pool.

You are required to bring the following:

• Your YMCA membership card
• swim suit, towel and any other items you require while in the pool
• Lunch
