AM 9-12pm Summer Salads & Snacks: Thursday mornings, join us at The Link for some fresh summer snacking! We will prepare and then enjoy it for lunch! Cost $60  

AM – Outdoors Group – Through out each month we will be taking part in 4 different activities. 1) campfire cooking 2) fishing 3) forest exploring 4) water adventures, must be able to swim and comfortable around water.  Each week will assist in learning skills for being in the wonderful outdoors! Cost: $20

PM – Smoothies and a Stroll - Meet us at Link by the Shore for a fresh smoothie each week, followed by a short walk in our neighbourhood. Cost: $20

PM 1-4pm Beach Group: Each Thursday the group will visit a local beach. Please bring a drink, hat and sunscreen for yourself. Bringing money is encouraged if you want to purchase a drink or snack at select Beaches. Cost $10

PM 1-4pm: Bingo: Guest speakers and special prizes each week as well as jokes, trivia and special theme days! Cost $25

PM 1-4pm Basketball & Healthy Snacks: Let’s shoot some HOOPS at Harrison Park!!!  We will return to The Link to prepare a healthy treat to re-fuel!  Please wear running shoes and bring water, a hat and sunscreen. Cost $20

PM – Beach - Each Thursday the group will visit a local beach. Please bring a drink, hat and sunscreen for yourself. Bringing money is encouraged if you want to purchase a drink or snack at select beaches. Cost: $10

AM 9-12pm Keady Market: Every Tuesday morning, let’s explore the Vendors and Livestock Barns at Keady Market. Bring your own money each week.  

AM 9-12pm Summer Crafts: Are you feeling crafty?  Let’s get our creative juices flowing with a variety of fun summer crafts! Cost $40

AM 9-12pm Farm to Table: Visit Local markets/stands/farms and get Farm Fresh ingredients to have at home. Cost: Bring your own cash money each week to purchase items you enjoy. Bring your own money each week.
