AM 9-12pm Puzzle Challenge: Do you like to challenge your brain? Socialize with friends while completing a variety of puzzles while working together as partners, a team, or alone.
AM 9-12pm Tech Tuesday: Gain skills using Iphone or android, laptops and TVâs. Learn How to use research resources (ChatGPT). Write emails, save contacts, and more!
AM 9-12pm Volunteering: Shine as a Volunteer in your Community! Do you feel like giving back to your community? Tuesday mornings we will be sharing our time with community partners and at Local Events that may need an extra hand.
PM 1-4pm Fall Forests: Letâs get together and explore some beautiful forests in our community!
PM 1-4pm Attack Practice/Gentle Walking: Tuesday afternoons join us at The Bayshore as we cheer on the Attack as they get ready for their upcoming games. While we wait for the team to take the ice, we will enjoy some laps around the building.
Library & Coffee â Check out whatâs new at the library, then grab a drink at a coffee shop. Cost: Bring your own money.
Craft Circle - Bring your own craft (diamond dot, rug hooking, knitting, etc) and enjoy crafting with friends.
Afterhours 4:30-6:30 pm Breakfast 4 Dinner: Each week we will be preparing different breakfast meals to enjoy for supper!! Â Everyone will choose the menu using the Canada Food guide.
AM 9-12pm Mindful Movements: Letâs take some time for ourselves and get our bodies moving with gentle stretches, mindfulness, and time to just be in the moment. Cost $50
