AM 10:30-12pm Lunch Club: Every Wednesday morning, we will prepare a delicious lunch and then sit together to enjoy it! Cost $60

PM – Healthy Snacks - Join us to make new healthy snacks that taste as good as they are good for you! Cost: $80

PM 1-4pm Outdoor Sports: Wednesday afternoons will be filled with a variety of different outdoor sports!  Cost $10

AM 1-4pm Thrifting: Out with the old and in with the new!!!  We will visit a different Thrift shop each week.  Bring things to donate that are collecting dust.  Bring your own money each week.

PM 4-6pm Midweek Music: Wednesdays from 4-6pm we will be enjoying a different musical guest each week at various venues around Owen Sound.  Free

AM 9-12pm Shine as a Volunteer in your Community: Feel like giving back to your community? Thursday mornings we will be sharing our time with community partners and at Local Events that may need an extra hand.  Free

AM 9-12pm Outdoors Group: Each week we will learn camping/outdoors skills which will help us when we are camping or out walking in the wilderness. We will also be making a few meals on the fire. Cost $20

AM 9-12pm Summer Salads & Snacks: Thursday mornings, join us at The Link for some fresh summer snacking! We will prepare and then enjoy it for lunch! Cost $60  

AM – Outdoors Group – Through out each month we will be taking part in 4 different activities. 1) campfire cooking 2) fishing 3) forest exploring 4) water adventures, must be able to swim and comfortable around water.  Each week will assist in learning skills for being in the wonderful outdoors! Cost: $20

PM – Smoothies and a Stroll - Meet us at Link by the Shore for a fresh smoothie each week, followed by a short walk in our neighbourhood. Cost: $20

PM 1-4pm Beach Group: Each Thursday the group will visit a local beach. Please bring a drink, hat and sunscreen for yourself. Bringing money is encouraged if you want to purchase a drink or snack at select Beaches. Cost $10
