AM 9-12pm Summer Salads & Snacks: Thursday mornings, join us at The Link for some fresh summer snacking! We will prepare and then enjoy it for lunch! Cost $60  

AM – Outdoors Group – Through out each month we will be taking part in 4 different activities. 1) campfire cooking 2) fishing 3) forest exploring 4) water adventures, must be able to swim and comfortable around water.  Each week will assist in learning skills for being in the wonderful outdoors! Cost: $20

PM – Smoothies and a Stroll - Meet us at Link by the Shore for a fresh smoothie each week, followed by a short walk in our neighbourhood. Cost: $20

PM 1-4pm Beach Group: Each Thursday the group will visit a local beach. Please bring a drink, hat and sunscreen for yourself. Bringing money is encouraged if you want to purchase a drink or snack at select Beaches. Cost $10

PM 1-4pm: Bingo: Guest speakers and special prizes each week as well as jokes, trivia and special theme days! Cost $25

PM 1-4pm Basketball & Healthy Snacks: Let’s shoot some HOOPS at Harrison Park!!!  We will return to The Link to prepare a healthy treat to re-fuel!  Please wear running shoes and bring water, a hat and sunscreen. Cost $20

PM – Beach - Each Thursday the group will visit a local beach. Please bring a drink, hat and sunscreen for yourself. Bringing money is encouraged if you want to purchase a drink or snack at select beaches. Cost: $10

AM – Rollerblading or Walking - Dust off those rollerblades or sneakers and meet us at Nodwell Park where you can walk or skate around the track at your own pace.  Cost: $0

AM – Crafts & Community Connections - Come on out and have some fun, completing summertime crafts and connecting with our community. Cost: $40.00

AM 9-12 Parks and Picnics: Each week we will visit a different local park and enjoy a picnic together. Bring your own money if we stop at a souvenir shop on the way. We will pack our picnic lunch and then enjoy it while we visit the park each week.  Cost $60
