Fall Walking â Meet us at Nodwell Park in Port Elgin and enjoy a walk in the crisp autumn air. There are benches throughout this walking trail loop, which allows everyone to move or rest at their own pace.
AM 9-12pm Puzzle Challenge: Do you like to challenge your brain? Socialize with friends while completing a variety of puzzles while working together as partners, a team, or alone.

PM 1-4pm Attack Practice/Gentle Walking: Tuesday afternoons join us at The Bayshore as we cheer on the Attack as they get ready for their upcoming games. While we wait for the team to take the ice, we will enjoy some laps around the building.
